1. General Terms

By using the services provided by LegalMove, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between LegalMove and the client in connection with legal guidance and practical assistance in the application process.

2. Service Process

1. The client contacts LegalMove with a request for legal assistance.

2. A LegalMove consultant will evaluate the complexity of the request and determine the applicable cost category.

3. The consultant will send the client an offer, including payment instructions.

4. Upon successful payment, the client agrees to leave the payment to LegalMove in exchange for the contracted service.

5. By receiving the payment, LegalMove commits to fulfilling the service as outlined in the accepted offer.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices include VAT and are based on the complexity of the request. Our standard pricing is as follows:

• 📄 One application: 910 DKK (VAT included) – Limited volume offer

• 💬 Consultation: 450 DKK per hour (VAT included)

• 📩 Simple inquiry: 300 DKK per request (VAT included)

• ⚖️ Other inquiries: Upon individual agreement

The client agrees that the payment is final and non-refundable, as the service is provided based on the agreed scope of assistance.

4. Refund Policy

• LegalMove does not provide refunds in the event of an undesired outcome of the application process.

• LegalMove does not issue refunds for any claims related to legal assistance, as the client has been informed of LegalMove's limitations beforehand and has given explicit consent to this.

• Exceptional cases or pro bono assistance are evaluated on an individual basis.
